After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to run a mini series here on the blog that focuses on healthy eating habits. I’m not sure what all I’m going to talk about just yet or how long it will be. Don’t worry, I will still be posting crafty stuff too!!
My sister, Brittany, is going to be helping and adding some of her input. She is currently working on her Master’s to become a Registered Dietitian. Let me tell ya, she knows her stuff and will have some great tips to share!
I’m not an expert, nor do I claim to be. However, I do have a few things that have worked for me and could possibly work for you to. I know that as a woman, weight is something that is always a concern. I will tell you a little bit about what I weighed a few years ago, what I weigh now and how I got to this point. Yes, I will share the dreaded weight number. Eeek!
