I made this cute little outfit for my cousin. There were a few first’s during this adventure. My first time to work with elastic and my first time to work with pants. Needless to say… I was a little sceerrred.
For some reason the pants look a little red in this picture but trust me, they are hot pink!
If you follow me on Facebook, you know that my sewing machine was broken. For like a month. Of course, I wanted to sew like every.single.day.
I just love how the pants turned out. Too cute!
Of course I had to whip up a little headband.
The pattern was for a 6 month old supposedly. I don’t know a whole lot about baby sizes but this outfit looked giant! Like for a 1 year old.
Oh well. It’s cute and I got the best compliments! When people are say, “Did you sew that?”, makes ya feel pretty proud. Just sayin’.
