When I saw this super simple pouch over at Sweet Verbena, I just knew I was going to make it. My purse is like the black hole of all black holes. Keys have gone missing. The cell phone has disappeared. I may have even lost a small child in the bottom of my purse.
I kid, I kid. Maybe. I’ll never tell.
So I used her tutorial and whipped up this little pouch in about 30 minutes or so. It now hold my pencils and gum. I may need a pouch entirely for my gum. Yes, I have a horrible addiction to gum. I currently have 4 flavors in this pouch. I whole heartedly blame my mom for this addiction. I guess there are worse things to be addicted to.
Oh, yellow, how I love thee!
This is an excellent beginning sewing project, especially if you are afraid of zippers!
Thanks for stopping in!
